Gorilla Technology Group has appointed Bala Vummidi as Senior Vice President and Head of HR.

Vummidi is a well-known figure within India’s HR sector. He is known for speaking at major HR events and sharing his knowledge about HR. His twenty years within the industry have helped him hone skills that help him create people-first HR strategies.

Before joining Gorilla Technology Group, Vummidi was Vice President and Head of HR at SRM Technologies, a position he took up in May 2021. From March 2019 to April 2021, he was a part of Turnkey Talent Solutions, first as Director of Talent and Strategy, before being promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Talent and Strategy in January 2021.

In July 2018, Vummidi became the Director of HR, India Operations, for DiamondPick. He was also associated with People Prime Worldwide from October 2015 to June 2018 as Director of Operations. In the past, Vummidi has also worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions, Sundaram Business Services, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Marks and Spencer.
