Shuchi Aroraa announced on LinkedIn this October that she has joined Godrej Capital as the Head of Human Resources. Before this, she served as Senior Vice President and HR Consultant at HSBC. Shuchi also brings experience from her roles at Aon, ICICI Bank, DCM Shriram Ltd, and Infosys.
Shuchi brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial services sector, with expertise in rewards and performance management, organizational change, and design. During her time at HSBC as Senior Vice President – HR Consultant and Vice President, she led strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects. At Aon, she focused on talent and performance advisory, while at ICICI Bank, she managed business HR for Wholesale Banking and oversaw campus recruitment. Her early roles at DCM Shriram and Infosys helped her build strong skills in training, development, and stakeholder management.
Shuchi began her HR career in the agri-business sector before transitioning to the banking industry, with a brief period as a consultant in between. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with employees at all levels and played a key role in organizational transformation by developing strategies, streamlining processes, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Academically, she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
