Geltec – Innovative Healthcare has appointed Bhushan Ghollar as Head of Human Resources (HR).

In his new role, Ghollar will shape and drive people-centric strategies that will strengthen cultural DNA, foster innovation and agility, and build a diverse and inclusive workplace. He will also focus on enhancing employee engagement, developing leadership capabilities, and preparing the company’s talent for future business challenges.
Prior to joining Geltec – Innovative Healthcare, Ghollar was a part of Endo International. He joined the company in July 2021 as Senior Human Resources Manager and was then promoted to the role of Associate Director Human Resources in August 2022.
For more than 8 years, Ghollar was affiliated with Teva Pharmaceuticals. In October 2021, he started working for the company as Senior Executive, Human Resources. This was followed by Ghollar’s promotion to Assistant Manager, Human Resources in April 2015. In April 2019, he became Human Resources Manager.
From March 2011 to September 2012, Ghollar worked as Senior Executive – HR for Bharat Serums & Vaccines. Before that, he was a part of Dwarka Group of Companies as Executive – HR.
Ghollar has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, specialising in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, from XLRI Jamshedpur.
