Ganesh Green Bharat has appointed Tushar Jaiswal as Head of HR – GM (HR & Operations).
With almost a decade of experience, Jaiswal brings with him expertise in HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, and auditing. Over the years, he has worked in both plant and corporate HR, supporting teams with efficient hiring, accurate payroll, and strong HR operations.
Jaiswal believes in simple processes, clear communication, and building a healthy work environment. In his new role, he will be utilising his skills in talent management and statutory compliance to bolster the company’s operations.
Prior to Ganesh Green Bharat, Jaiswal was with Zodiac Energy for over four years. He joined as Assistant Manager, Human Resources in December 2019 and then became Human Resources Development Manager in April 2022. Jaiswal also served as Assistant Manager, Human Resources from January 2018 to December 2019 for Y Cube Engineered Solutions.
From March 2017 to December 2017, Jaiswal was a part of Bitscape Infotech as a Human Resources Generalist. He was also associated with VisionTree Ventures from January 2016 to March 2017 as Executive: SAP Professional Services. Jaiswal has an MBA in Human Resource/Marketing from the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi.
