Freshworks has appointed Grace Samson as the Vice President of Human Resources, effective March 2026. Based in India, she will lead the company’s global talent strategy and organisational design, with a focus on strengthening its high-performance culture and advancing people practices across international operations.
Samson brings around three decades of experience in human resources leadership, primarily within the technology sector.
Before joining Freshworks, she served as Vice President and HR Head, India at Informatica, where she spent nearly eight years overseeing human capital initiatives for the company’s India business.
Earlier in her career, she held a long stint at IBM, where she worked for over 13 years and rose to the role of General Manager of Human Resources. She has also held leadership positions at Corio, Sonim Technologies, and TriVium Systems.
With extensive experience in scaling R&D centres and leading strategic HR transformation initiatives, Samson is expected to play a key role in shaping the people strategy at Freshworks as the SaaS firm continues to expand its global footprint.
