Foundit has appointed Sidharth GV as Head of Human Resources (HR).

Before foundit, Sidharth had been working for Atos for over 11 years. He joined the company in June 2014 as a Human Resources Management professional. In October 2020, Sidharth became Group Human Resources Manager, followed by his appointment as Human Resources Director in April 2022.
From March 2012 to June 2014, Sidharth was the Associate Vice President of Human Resources for Polaris Financial Technology. He also served as Manager – People and Culture at Vestas from June 2010 to October 2012.
Sidharth was a part of HCL Technologies from Manager – Human Resources from April 2007 to July 2010. He has also worked for Midas Communication Technologies and Exclusive Search.
