Ravi Rai has been appointed Head of Talent Acquisition at Fotello, where he will lead end-to-end hiring strategies and drive talent development. Fotello is a Canada-based, one-click photo-editing solution designed for real estate photographers.
Confirming the move on LinkedIn, Ravi shared: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Acquisition at Fotello!”
With more than nine years of expertise, Ravi has led talent strategy and recruitment initiatives spanning multiple sectors. Prior to this role, he worked with Xebia as Manager – Talent Acquisition. He also served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Country Delight, where he managed recruitment across all levels for the Engineering, Product, and Design verticals. He has also managed RPOs and consultants, handled tech vendor onboarding and end-to-end vendor management, and overseen interview processes including panel calibration and hiring-related metrics. Ravi also holds experience in interview coordination, enhancing candidate experience, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement.
Before Country Delight, Ravi was with Majid Al Futtaim as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Carrefour Omnichannel, where he played a key role in building the India Digital Hub in Gurgaon. He also worked with Urban Company as Manager – Talent Acquisition (Tech), overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. His earlier experience also includes roles with HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions and CybOrg Technologies.
