FORVIA has elevated Madhura Poonekar to the role of India HR Leader, Faurecia Clarion Electronics Engineering Centre, recognising her sustained leadership contribution to the organisation’s people and talent agenda.
In her expanded role, Poonekar will lead the end-to-end HR strategy for FORVIA’s India Electronics Engineering Center, focusing on workforce scalability, capability development, and close alignment with FORVIA’s global HR and business frameworks.
She will continue to partner with engineering and business leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness and support innovation-led growth.
Poonekar brings over 18 years of HR leadership experience across India, the United States, and regions including Southeast Asia, SAARC, the Middle East and Africa.
Her professional journey includes senior HR leadership roles at Thermax Limited, AAF International – Power & Industrial Group, and Suzlon Energy Limited, where she supported power operations, international businesses and large engineering organisations.
Her areas of expertise are talent acquisition, organisation design, global mobility, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, succession planning, and digital HR transformation.
