Commercial real estate interior designing company Flipspaces plans to hire over 350 professionals over the next two months, which is a 78% expansion of its workforce from 450 to 800 employees.
As a part of this move, the company aims to add over 25 senior leadership roles aligned with Flipspaces’ growth and scale-up roadmap towards FY27 and beyond.
The company said in a statement that rather than responding to scale pressures after they emerge, the company is intentionally building leadership density early—ensuring decision-making depth, execution strength, and system readiness as the organisation grows.
About the move, Kunal Sharma, Founder & CEO, Flipspaces, said, “We view hiring as a core business strategy, not just a traditional HR function. Building a process-led, execution-focused organisation requires leaders who can manage complexity, design scalable systems, and drive structured growth, going beyond domain expertise. Hiring ahead of scale allows us to enhance the quality of leadership, embed these capabilities across the organisation and institutionalize execution.”
The company further claimed that without compromising cultural coherence, it has also re-engineered its hiring approach. Flipspaces has introduced technology-led workflows and AI-enabled screening to improve speed, reduce bias, and enable data-backed hiring decisions.
