Samidha Mohanty has been appointed Senior Director of Human Resources at Fiserv, a global technology leader dedicated to providing innovative and transformative financial services solutions to clients across more than 100 countries.
Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Oasis Fertility, where she led the organization’s people and culture initiatives. She also defined the HR roadmap and drove key talent strategies, working closely with the business to support the company’s expansion across India.
Samidha joined Oasis from VOIS, where she last led the HR function for Technology in India and IT Operations globally. She brings nearly two decades of diverse HR experience, partnering closely with businesses across areas such as HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Career Development and Pathing, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture, Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion, and strategic HR programs focused on growth. Her experience spans industries including Insurance, IT, Semiconductors, HR Consulting, Conglomerates, BFSI, Shared Services, and Healthcare, with leadership roles covering India and the Asia Pacific region.
Samidha has previously held key roles at renowned organizations including IDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Aon Hewitt, Intel Corporation, Infosys BPO Ltd, and ICICI Prudential. Academically, she holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
