Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary) has promoted Monica Anshul Mishra to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), after leading human capital management at the startup. She joined Fibe in August 2022 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Monica brings over 20 years of experience in people management, organizational development, and culture transformation, particularly in the BFSI sector. A strong advocate for employee engagement, talent acquisition, and change management, she has a proven track record of partnering with executives and teams to provide strategic guidance that drives sustainable growth and organizational success.
A science graduate with an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, Monica began her career in 2005 as an HR Generalist at Piramal Pharma. She then moved to Reliance Retail, taking on roles in talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
From 2008 to 2009, she served as Head of Human Resources at Catwalk Worldwide, the footwear brand, before joining Yes Bank. At Yes Bank, she spent nearly a decade, culminating in her role as Group Executive Vice President – Human Capital Management.
