Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur have appointed Aditya Raj Nair as Cluster Director of Talent and Culture.

Before his current role, Nair was the Head of Human Resources for Oberoi Hotels and Resorts from November 2023 to May 2025.
Nair was a part of Marriott International for well over three years, starting at the hospitality company as Human Resources Manager in March 2020. In April 2022, Marriott International appointed him as Assistant Director of Human Resources. This was followed by Nair becoming Director of Human Resources in March 2023.
Over the years, Nair has held multiple positions at The Leela, Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts. He was the Assistant Human Resources Manager for the company from March 2019 to March 2020 and Human Resources Executive—corporate for The Leela from May 2012 to March 2014. Nair also worked for Taj Hotels for over five years. His other workplaces include Hotel Shira, Sayaji Hotels, and Barbeque Nation.
