Himani Hora has joined EY India as Director – People Advisory Services. In this role, she will drive initiatives to help organizations navigate the evolving workplace, building on her extensive experience in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and change management.

Himani brings 21 years of diverse experience spanning Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Client Servicing, and Sales. Over the years, she has successfully hired for roles across Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, and IT—ranging from entry-level to leadership positions. Her expertise covers workforce forecasting, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, bulk hiring, market intelligence, sourcing strategies, employee referral programs, background verification, vendor management, team leadership, and process improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Himani served as Associate Director – HR Services at Kyndryl India. She has also held leadership positions at Talent500, IBM, and PeopleStrong, where she led large-scale recruitment initiatives and drove HR transformation across diverse industries. Himani started her career with Wipro BPO and later transitioned into sales and HR operations with Naukri.com and IBM, where she built a strong foundation in client servicing, business development, and people management.

An Executive Alumni of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Himani’s appointment underscores EY’s commitment to fostering inclusive, innovative, and high-performing workplace cultures for its clients across industries.
