EXL has appointed Seepika Singhal as Vice President (VP) – India Head, Total Rewards.

Prior to joining EXL, Singhal served as Global Head of Total Rewards for Brillio from November 2022 to December 2025. “When I joined Brillio, the mandate was simple but ambitious — build and scale the Global Total Rewards function to support a growing, global organisation,” Singhal shared on LinkedIn. “What followed was an incredible journey of designing structures, running complex cycles, sharpening processes, and shaping personalised benefits, recognition and wellness programs that truly reflected our people-first intent.”
From February 2020 to November 2022, Singhal worked for R1 RCM as Head Total Rewards – India & Philippines. She was also associated with HT Media from August 2019 to February 2020 as Deputy General Manager, Total Rewards. Singhal was also a part of Luminous Power Technologies as Total Rewards Head | Schneider Electric Retail Business from November 2017 to August 2019.
In June 2012, Singhal joined Capgemini as Total Rewards Delivery Lead, North America, and worked there for over 5 years until October 2017. Singhal became a part of HCL Technologies as Compensation & Benefits Lead – US, APAC, Middle East in June 2007 and then became Human Resources Business Partner in June 2010. In the past, Singhal has also worked for Kotak Life Insurance and Jakson Group.
