Sandeep Pandey has taken charge as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Exide Energy Solutions, effective 6 August 2026. He reports to Pravin Saraf, Managing Director and CEO, and will lead the company’s human resources strategy with a focus on talent development, organisational effectiveness, and support for its expanding energy storage business.
Pandey brings more than three decades of experience across human resources, industrial relations, talent management, organisational development, and HR strategy, largely within large manufacturing enterprises. His mandate at Exide Energy Solutions covers strategic workforce planning and organisational transformation as the company scales.
Before this role, Pandey held senior HR leadership positions at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Earlier in his career, he led HR functions at TDK India, the Aditya Birla Group, Bosch India, and Kohler India, where he worked on workforce planning, industrial relations, talent management, and business transformation.
The appointment follows the departure of Pradeep R, who left the organisation to pursue an opportunity outside the company. The change comes as Exide Energy Solutions builds out its leadership team amid rapid growth in India’s energy storage and electric mobility sector.
