Exide Energy Solutions Limited (EESL) has appointed Anupam Onkar Singh as Head of Human Resources, effective May 2025.

In his new role, Singh will showcase his expertise in HR strategy, human capital management, HR transformation, change management, and HR policy formulation. He is also an expert in HR management, HR software, HR operations, and people management.
Over the years, Singh has been a part of various sectors, including IT and telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, retail, the service industry, and the heavy chemicals manufacturing and mining industry.
Before joining EESL, Singh served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of ESL Steel Limited, a position he held from October 2022 to April 2025. From October 2021 to September, he worked as Head of Human Resources for Galaxy Surfactants.
Singh was a part of Rohit Surfactants from March 2016 to October 2021 as Head of Human Resources. From 2014 to December 2015, he was the Regional HR Business Partner for Titan Company.
Additionally, Singh worked with Claris from May 2012 to December 2013 as Head HR Business Partner. He was with VISPL from April 2010 to April 2012 as an HR Professional.
