EvoluteIQ, the AI-native enterprise automation company headquartered in Stockholm, has appointed Abhinaya S R as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
She will be based in Bengaluru and will lead global people strategy and organisational development. Her mandate covers talent architecture, leadership depth, and what the company describes as the cultural infrastructure required to sustain high-performance growth across an international, multi-site organisation.
Abhinaya brings over two decades of HR leadership across high-growth technology companies. She joins EvoluteIQ from Abnormal AI, where she most recently led people functions. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Soroco, ThoughtWorks, and Infosys, building experience across enterprise software, services, and product-led environments.

The CHRO appointment was announced alongside the hire of Paul Maguire as Chief Growth Officer, based in London. Sameet Gupte, CEO and Co-Founder of EvoluteIQ, said in the company’s statement that the new hires were part of a deliberate plan to build leadership capacity for the company’s next phase. “Paul brings the strategic and commercial rigour to drive our global expansion with precision. Abhinaya brings the organisational discipline to ensure we scale with integrity,” he said.
