Hari Menon has been appointed as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO) at Eternis Fine Chemicals, India’s leading exporter and one of the world’s top 10 producers of aroma chemicals.
With over 20 years of diverse HR leadership experience, Hari has successfully designed and implemented HR strategies across matrixed, multicultural organizations. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and is a certified executive coach, bringing a wealth of experience across industries such as Hospitality, Telecom, Heavy Machinery, Power Generation, Clean Energy, Mobility (Rail & Bus), Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehousing, Shipping, and Real Estate.
Prior to this, Hari held senior leadership roles at renowned companies including Mitsui, CMA CGM, Alstom, and the TATA Group, with international assignments across India, France, Singapore, Malaysia, and Switzerland. Now, as Global CHRO, he will lead HR efforts worldwide, playing a key role in shaping the future of work.
Hari is also a respected member of the global Forbes Human Resources Council and has been actively involved with the National HRD Network and FICCI’s higher education committee throughout his career. His contributions to the field have also earned him accolades, including being named among the Top 50 HR Leaders in Asia by CHRO Asia and the Malaysian Institute of HRM.
