The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched VISHWAS 2026, a nationwide initiative aimed at improving member services, reducing pending grievances, and strengthening transparency across its regional offices.
The campaign focuses on faster claim processing, timely grievance resolution, and improved engagement with EPF subscribers and employers. As part of the initiative, EPFO offices will organise outreach programmes, review pending cases, and simplify service delivery through greater use of digital platforms.
According to the labour ministry, VISHWAS 2026 seeks to improve operational efficiency while ensuring members receive quicker access to provident fund-related services. Officials will also conduct special drives to resolve long-pending claims and address employer compliance issues.
The initiative forms part of EPFO’s broader digital transformation efforts, which have included online claim settlement, automated transfer facilities, and expanded digital services for millions of subscribers across the country.
With EPFO managing social security benefits for more than seven crore active members, improving service quality has become a key priority as claim volumes continue to increase.
The organisation said the campaign is intended to build greater trust among members while making provident fund services more accessible, transparent, and responsive.
