EOSGlobe has announced the appointment of Bridgette Nambiar as the new Senior VP HR. In her new role at EOSGlobe, Nambiar is expected to drive the company’s HR agenda, strengthen its people and culture priorities, and support the organisation’s long-term growth strategy.
Nambiar brings more than three decades of cross-functional experience spanning human resources, learning and development, operations, and training.
Before joining EOSGlobe, she served as Senior Vice President and Head – HR and L&D at Altruist Technologies, where she led organisation-wide people initiatives, capability development, and HR transformation.
Over the years, she has worked with leading organisations such as Oberoi Hotels, Motorola/Pagepoint Services, Airtel, FirstSource Solutions, MACH Teledata, Flipkart, and Vertex, contributing to talent development, employee experience, and operational delivery.
Nambiar began her career in hospitality and expanded into telecom, BPO, customer experience, and e-commerce sectors, building expertise in people-centric transformation and talent strategy.
She holds a Master’s degree in Literature, a Postgraduate qualification in Hotel Management, and is certified in DISC, Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Quality Management Systems. She is currently pursuing her ICF Coaching Certification.
