Ensono has appointed Shweta Sharma-Warrier as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.
The appointment has been made by the US-headquartered company to strengthen the IT services firm’s leadership amid rapid regional expansion in India. Sharma has over 18 years of experience in transforming recruitment functions for global technology, banking, and product organisations. In her new role, she will spearhead the evolution of the talent acquisition function, architecting scalable solutions that fuel breakthroughs, foster diverse teams, and nurture a culture where innovation thrives.

Before Ensono, Sharma was associated with Amazon from January 2022 to November 2025 as Talent Acquisition Leader – Stores Tech. In this role, she led talent acquisition for multiple Stores Tech business lines at Amazon. This included partnering with senior leadership to build high-performing recruiting teams and deliver exceptional technology hiring outcomes.

From April 2018 to December 2021, Sharma was with UBS as Associate Director. She also worked for MarketsandMarkets as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition from January 2016 to March 2018. In August 2008, Sharma became the Co-Founder, Business Head of Workforce Asia and held the role until January 2016. Sharma has also worked for PureRPO, OS2i, and Circa Systems in the past.
