Energy Exemplar has promoted Komal Choudhari to Senior Director, Performance & Culture – India.

Choudhari has been associated with Energy Exemplar for over 4 years. She joined the company in June 2021 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In November 2021, Choudhari was given the role of Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition. This was followed by hr ascension to Manager, Talent Acquisition in December 2022 and then to Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – ICE & APAC in July 2025.
From July 2020 to June 2021, Choudhari worked for ZiMetrics Technologies as Lead Recruiter. Before that, she was a part of Aera Technology as a Recruiter from November 2019 to May 2020. In January 2018, Choudhari was appointed as a Technical Recruiter at Xeenius. Additionally, she was affiliated with EXFO as Executive – HR (Recruitment) from August 2012 to July 2016.
