With this acquisition, Pluxee further strengthens its position in India by expanding into the fast-growing corporate childcare benefits segment.
With this acquisition, Pluxee aims to strengthen its position in the market by enabling companies to provide benefits that foster gender equality and work–life balance, while also helping organisations meet their obligations under India’s evolving labour codes, including statutory childcare and crèche requirements.
ProEves claims to be the first-of-its-kind corporate childcare benefit provider in India, allowing parents to easily select the right caregiver for their children through a fully comprehensive digital platform. ProEves currently works with more than 100 companies and partners with over 7,000 childcare centres across India.
