Emerson has appointed Harshad Somnath Dighe as its Talent Acquisition Lead.
In his new role, Dighe will utilise his expertise in internal recruitment, corporate recruiting, leadership hiring, and strategic human resource planning. He will also oversee recruiting operations like graduate recruitment and early career hiring. Having worked for over two decades in talent acquisition, Dighe is well-versed in crafting high-performance teams and driving organisational excellence through strategic talent management.

Together we can and we will.” Through his statement, he thanked Bhatia, the Vice President and Managing Director at Emerson – India, and Chhabra, the Human Resources Director at Emerson India.
This is not the first time that Dighe has joined Emerson. From January 2019 to June 2022, he worked with Emerson Automation Solutions as the Talent Acquisition Leader. From May 2022 to April 2025, he was with Honeywell International as the Talent Acquisition and Diversity Leader. Dighe was also a part of Kirloskar Oil Engines as Manager – Talent Acquisition from September 2014 to December 2018. He has also worked for Tata Motors and Infosys in the past.
Dighe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pune University. He studied at the institute from June 2004 to May 2006 and specialised in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. He is also an alumnus of Savitribai Phule Pune University, where he completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Mechanical and Automobile, in 2004.
