Jerish Joseph has joined Embark as Director – Managed Services & Chief People Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it expands its managed services portfolio. In this dual role, he will lead strategic people initiatives, drive organisational culture, and build high-performance teams to support Embark by Embassy Group’s growth ambitions.
Joseph brings extensive HR leadership experience across India and international markets. Before this appointment, he held senior roles at K Raheja Corp, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, Syskode Technologies, Cushman & Wakefield, and Space Matrix, where he contributed to HR transformation, talent development, and organisational capability building.
A postgraduate from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Joseph’s appointment reflects Embark’s continued focus on strengthening people leadership and advancing a culture-led approach to business expansion.
