Embark by Embassy Group has appointed Jerish Joseph as the Director of Managed Services and Chief People Officer.
In his new role, Joseph will lead strategic talent initiatives, focus on enhancing organisational culture, and work towards building high-performance teams to support Embark’s growth and service delivery objectives across markets.
He brings significant HR leadership experience gained across India and international assignments. Before joining Embark, Joseph held senior roles at K Raheja Corp, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, Syskode Technologies, Cushman & Wakefield, and Space Matrix, where he contributed to HR operations, talent development, and organisational transformation initiatives.
A postgraduate from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Joseph’s appointment reflects Embark’s continued emphasis on strengthening people leadership and advancing a culture-driven growth strategy as the company scales its managed services portfolio.
