Egis in India has appointed Kavita Fadnis as Director – Human Resources (South Asia), effective July 28, 2025.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – HR (South Asia) at Egis in India!” Fadnis shared on LinkedIn.

With over 25 years of experience, Fadnis has worked as a progressive leader across multiple industries. She has proven expertise in driving organisational transformation through innovative HR strategies, workforce planning and talent development.

The appointment was also welcomed by Egis in India on LinkedIn, with the team sharing their happiness at having Fadnis on board.

“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kavita Fadnis as our Director – Human Resources (South Asia), effective 28th July 2025,” the company shared. “Ms. Fadnis brings with her over 25 years of extensive experience in strategic and operational HR leadership across renowned organizations such as TATA Motors, Ebony Retail, IL&FS Group, and IPE Global Group.”

“She will be based in our Gurgaon office, and we are confident that her leadership will help shape a strong, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture at Egis, India,” Egis in India added. “Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Ms. Kavita Fadnis!”

Before Egis in India, Fadnis was a part of IPE Global Limited for over 14 years. She joined the company in August 2011 as Associate Vice President – HR. In June 2015, Fadnish was promoted to Vice President – Human Resource, and she retained the role until her recent appointment.

In the past, Fadnis was associated with IL&FS Group as an HR Professional (January 2006 to April 2008) and Ebony Retail as Deputy Manager (January 2003 to December 2006). She was also a part of TATA Motors from July 1998 to March 2002 as a Human Resources Officer.
