Dusters Total Solutions Services (DTSS) has promoted Sivakumar K to Deputy General Manager of Human Resources.

Sivakumar has been a part of DTSS for more than five years. He joined the company in April 2020 as Senior Manager HR. In June 2022, Sivakumar was promoted to the role of Assistant General Manager, Human Resources.
With over 15 years of experience, Sivakumar is a seasoned HR professional. He is an expert in various HR Generalist functions, including recruitment, induction, employee engagement, grievance handling, employee welfare, and rewards. He is also well-versed in HR budgeting, employee retention, CSR activities, and various other HR operations.
Before DTSS, Sivakumar worked as Regional Lead HR for ISS Facility Services India from September 2018 to April 2020. He was also a part of Compass Group as an HR Manager from September 2016 to August 2018.
From April 2012 to September 2016, Sivakumar was with Faber Sindoori Management Services as Assistant Manager HR. Prior to that, he held the role of Senior Executive HR from July 2008 to April 2012 at Tianjin Tianshi India.
