Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has elevated Anil Kumar K to Cluster Site Head HR, People & Organization Partner – PU1 & PU2, entrusting him with a broader leadership mandate across multiple manufacturing units.
In his expanded role, Anil will lead cluster-level people strategy, HR operations, and governance, with a focus on strengthening workforce effectiveness, building organisational capability, and supporting operational excellence across the plants.
A long-standing member of the Dr. Reddy’s team, Anil brings over 14 years of experience within the organisation. He has progressed through several site HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Site Head HR, People & Organization Partner.
Earlier, he held the position of Site HR Head, where he developed strong expertise in industrial relations, employee relations, and plant-level HR management within large pharmaceutical manufacturing setups.
His elevation reflects Dr. Reddy’s continued emphasis on strengthening people leadership at the manufacturing cluster level to support scale and operational resilience.
