DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji has appointed Shweta Seth as Human Resources (HR) Manager.

“With over a decade of experience in human capital management across leading hospitality brands, Shweta brings a proven track record in driving employee engagement, talent development, and performance-led culture,” DoubleTree shared on LinkedIn.
“Her journey spans respected names like Zuri White Sands Goa Resort & Casino, Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Sterling, and Club Mahindra, where she played key roles in strategic HR planning, compliance, and team development,” the company added. “At DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji, Shweta will lead the HR function with a focus on people-first strategies, operational excellence, and nurturing a collaborative work environment.”
Before becoming a part of DoubleTree, Seth was working for The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino as Head of Human Resources, a role she obtained in May 2023. From January 2022 to April 2023, she was with Kenilworth Hotels & Resorts as HR Manager.
In February 2019, Seth started working for Travel Food Services as Assistant Manager HR. She was also associated with Sterling Holiday Resorts from November 2017 to February 2019 as Service Manager – HR. From May 2016 to October 2017, Seth was working for Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India as an HR Executive.
Seth’s past associations include Royal Orchid Hotels and Alila Diwa Goa – A Hyatt Brand, where she worked as HR Executive and HR Assistant, respectively.
