DMart – Avenue Supermarts has appointed Vineet Kumar as Circle HR Manager.

In his new role, Kumar will focus on driving employee engagement, recruitment, statutory compliance, and labour administration. He is also working to foster a culture of robust employee relations. According to Kumar, training, development, and performance management are integral to empowering teams and cultivating leadership.
Prior to DMart, Kumar worked as Head (Human Resources Development and Administration) for Dixon Technologies India, having joined the company in July 2022. He also worked with Greenko Group for over seven years, having started as Deputy Manager (Human Resources and Industrial Relations) in August 2015. He was then appointed as Manager (Human Resources and Industrial Relations) in August 2019.
From March 2010 to August 2015, Kumar was with Utility Powertech Limited – India, first as Officer (HR) and then became Senior Officer (HR) in March 2013. Before that, he was with
Italian-Thai Development Public Company from July 2007 to February 2010. Kumar has a Master of Business Administration – MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Rayat Bahra University.
