DLF Hospitality has appointed Yuvika Sawhney Gogia as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources. She joins from Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, where she spent four years and most recently held the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Gogia brings over two decades of experience in HR and learning and development within the luxury hospitality sector. Within the Shangri-La Group, she progressed from Manager, Human Resources L&D to Assistant Director of Human Resources, building a track record in talent development and training programme design.
Reflecting on her time at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi in a recent LinkedIn post, Gogia wrote, “Behind every milestone lies a journey of patience, empathy, and transformation.” She added that leadership “is not only about managing responsibilities. It’s about mastering priorities, staying grounded, and uplifting those around you.“
Before Shangri-La, Gogia served as Manager, Training at The Imperial New Delhi and at Crowne Plaza Delhi, where she restructured the training department and rebuilt behavioural and developmental programmes from the ground up. Her career started with a Management Trainee role at The Park Hotels, followed by stints at Radisson Hotel Delhi, where she coordinated new employee induction and helped shape the training calendar.
Gogia holds an MBA from ICFAI, a postgraduate diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
