As per DLF’s latest annual report, the company’s chairman, Rajiv Singh, received a remuneration of ₹36.65 crore in FY25.

Singh’s pay for FY25 marks an increase of about 34% when compared to the previous fiscal year. In FY24, he received a compensation of ₹27.30 crore.

Out of the impressive payout of ₹36.65 crore, about ₹34.53 crore was paid in the form of commission. DLF’s board approved commission/variable pay to Singh, as well as managing directors Ashok Kumar Tyagi and Devinder Singh, for FY25.

The variable pay was decided based on targeted business parameters such as consolidated profit after tax and cash flows. Construction spends and pre-sales were also taken into account when determining the compensation for the chairman and managing directors.

In FY25, Tyagi was paid a total of ₹14.16 crore, out of which ₹8.77 crore was in commission. This was an increase of 5% from the previous year’s ₹13.52 crore. Devinder Singh’s pay in FY25 also increased by 5% to ₹14.16 crore from ₹13.52 crore, with ₹8.77 crore in commission.
