Dixon Technologies, an electronic manufacturing services company, has appointed Samar Srivastava as Vice President – HRD and Administration. He brings 39 years of extensive experience in aligning business strategies with actionable HR plans, seamlessly integrating change management with talent and career development.
Samar’s expertise spans managing mergers and acquisitions, restructuring leadership teams, driving transformation initiatives, and empowering teams to deliver results. His core objective is to support the management in steering organizational transformation in line with strategic goals, while building the right human capital to fuel business growth.
He previously served as Vice President – Human Resources at Havells India Ltd. Over the course of his career, he has also been associated with several renowned organizations, including Jet Airways, Crompton Greaves, Tata Ryerson Limited, and Tata Steel.
Academically, he holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has been recognized with several awards for his contributions to building high-performance teams and implementing HR best practices.
In his new role, Samar will focus on strengthening Dixon’s organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and optimizing internal systems. He will lead HRD initiatives and oversee administrative policies to drive performance and enhance operational efficiency.
