Neelam Joshi has been promoted to Vice President – Human Resources at Digit Insurance, reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues to scale in India’s dynamic insurance sector. In this new role, Neelam will spearhead Digit’s people strategy, talent development, and employee experience efforts, ensuring HR priorities are closely aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Neelam has been with Digit Insurance since 2019, progressing steadily through several critical HR roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, and previously held key leadership roles as Senior Manager and Manager – HR. She also served as the Lead HR Business Partner for various verticals, including the West Zone, Claims, Corporate Legal, Reinsurance, Investments, and Pan-India Sales—making substantial contributions to strategic HR delivery and business alignment.
Before joining Digit, she was with Marsh McLennan Global Services India (MMGS) in Mumbai, where she held roles such as Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Executive – HR, focusing on HR operations and organizational development. Her earlier roles also include serving as Senior Executive in the Project Management Office (PMO) at ESPN and Executive in the PMO at Aviva Life Insurance, adding valuable experience in project governance and cross-functional coordination to her well-rounded career in HR and operations.
