Over July 29 and July 30, 2025, more than 140 executives at Eternal exercised their employee stock options (ESOPs), worth more than ₹419 crore.

The information comes from the stock exchange disclosures made by the Eternal, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit.

Albinder Dhindsa, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blinkit, accounted for over half the value of the exercised ESOPs. He converted stock options to buy seven million Eternal shares that are worth ₹214.51 crore. This was conducted as per a board-approved schedule, according to Economic Times.

Over 31 other top executives also used their options worth ₹1 crore each. Some of the top executives in the list include Hyperpure CEO Rishi Arora, former food delivery CEO Rakesh Ranjan, his successor Aditya Mangla, and corporate development head Kunal Swarup.

All these executives exercised a total amount of ₹378.50 crore, which is about 90% of the worth of ESOPs exercised over the two days. The executives who exercised the stock options were split between Eternal, Zomato, Hyperpure, and District, though Blinkit executives formed over half of the said list.
