Deloitte USI has appointed Suraj Chandan Prusty as Deputy Manager – HR Business Advisory.

Before joining Deloitte USI, Prusty was a part of Accenture. From April 2022 to October 2025, he worked at the company as Senior Analyst- People Advisor. Prusty was also affiliated with Infosys from February 2020 to April 2022 as Senior Associate Lead- BPHR.
In April 2019, Prusty joined Decathlon Sports India as Omni Sports Leader-HR and held the role until January 2020. He was also a part of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar (XUB), from February 2018 to January 2019 as Treasurer, XaHR Alumni Committee. From April 2018 to May 2018, Prusty worked for TaxiVaxi as an HR Intern.
Prusty has also worked for Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in the past, having been an employee of the company for nearly 3 years. He joined the company in July 2013 as a GET and then became a Senior Civil Engineer in March 2014. In February 2015, Prusty was appointed as Planning Engineer.
