Deloitte has appointed Arun Kumar as Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Deloitte,” Kumar shared on LinkedIn.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Kumar had been associated with Magnit. He worked for the company from June 2025 to February 2026 as Vice President, Client Services and Site Head – Bengaluru. Kumar was also associated with Zinnov from April 2025 to May 2025 as Director of Talent Acquisition.
From November 2021 to December 2024, Kumar was a part of Randsad Enterprise as Head – RPO/MSP Operations India. He was also associated with Standard Chartered Bank from December 2019 to November 2021 as VP and Lead Talent Acquisition (Technology). In August 2017, Kumar joined Resource Solutions as an Account Manager and held the role until November 2019.
Kumar was with EXL for over 9 years, serving as Senior Assistant Vice President (HR- Recruitment) from May 2008 to July 2017. He was also associated with FIS from February 2000 to April 2008 as Senior Manager, Business Operations. In August 1995, Kumar became a part of Imperial Hotel as Front Office Supervisor.
