Mampi Nag has taken charge as Senior Manager – HR at Delhivery in Jharkhand. Delhivery, one of India’s largest logistics and supply chain companies, is redefining commerce enablement through technology, scale, and seamless delivery solutions across the country.
Mampi confirmed her appointment on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’ve joined Delhivery as Senior Manager – HR for the state of Jharkhand. In today’s fast-paced world, I’ve realized one thing — no one (and nothing) really stops for anyone. But the beauty is, even while moving at full speed, each of us is still interdependent. Growth doesn’t happen in isolation; it’s a chain reaction where every individual, every team, and every contribution matters. As I begin this new chapter, my focus will be on building stronger collaborations, driving inclusivity, and enabling growth — both for people and the business. Looking forward to learning, contributing, and of course, keeping pace with this ever-moving journey.”
In her new role, she will concentrate on shaping inclusive workforce strategies, fostering collaboration, and enhancing HR practices to support Delhivery’s rapid growth. Her return to the organization underscores its commitment to a people-first culture while scaling talent for the future. Prior to this new role, Mampi served as Manager – HR at Kay Bee Bio-Organics Pvt. Ltd., where she spearheaded the entire HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and more.
Mampi brings a diverse career in HR, having led people functions at organizations such as Parekh Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd., Eureka Forbes Ltd., Flipkart, Reliance Retail, Future Retail (Big Bazaar), and BVCL, along with her early career as a teacher at Central Public School. Academically, she holds an MBA in HR from Assam (Central) University and a BSc from Gurucharan College (GC College), Silchar—blending strong academic credentials with hands-on leadership experience across retail, manufacturing, logistics, and education.
