Megha Saxena has been appointed Senior Manager – HR at DAEWOO India. In her new role, she will be instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy, strengthening HR operations, and driving initiatives that support growth across diverse categories, including home power energy, appliances, personal care, and electric vehicles.
Megha brings over 10 years of HR leadership experience with organizations such as Tesla Power USA, Creative Group, Inc., Madhyam.com, and SoftAge Information Technology Limited. She has developed deep expertise across key HR functions, including recruitment and hiring, performance management and rewards, payroll and salary administration, training and development, HR policies and procedures, employee engagement and relations, induction and placement, statutory compliance, exit interviews, full and final settlements, and grievance handling.
