Cygnett Hotels has elevated Anant Chauhan to the position of Associate Director of Human Resources, recognising his growing leadership contribution within the hospitality group.
In his new role, Chauhan will be responsible for driving strategic HR priorities, strengthening people processes, and supporting organisational growth across Cygnett Hotels’ expanding portfolio of properties.
A hospitality HR professional with more than ten years of experience, Chauhan brings deep expertise across core people functions. His earlier stints include leadership roles at Royal Orchid Hotels, Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, Sarovar Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he worked across HR operations, pre-opening assignments, labour compliance, payroll management, and employee relations.
His elevation underscores Cygnett Hotels’ focus on building strong people leadership to support its growth ambitions in the hospitality sector.
