Shalini Fernandes has been named Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole CIB, where she will oversee the establishment and growth of the company’s Global Capability Center in India.
With close to 20 years of experience in HR transformation and talent strategy, she brings deep expertise to her new role, where she will focus on cultivating a strong, compliant, and high-performing culture aligned with the Group’s global standards. Her prior HR leadership roles at BNP Paribas, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Capgemini, FIS, Serco, and Sitel Group have equipped her with cross-industry experience in scaling capability centers and advancing inclusive people strategies. Her areas of expertise include HR transformation, program management, HR consulting, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and resource management.
Academically, Shalini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDHR) from Welingkar Institute of Management. She has also completed the Advanced Leadership Program in Digital Era Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in August 2022, further strengthening her capabilities in leading HR initiatives in today’s dynamic business environment.
