Gunjan Mishra has joined CorroHealth as Associate VP – Human Resources. In this role, she will lead the Talent Management strategy for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Health Information Management (HIM) across the company’s key delivery hubs in Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. She will spearhead a range of strategic talent initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional growth priorities. Additionally, Gunjan will work closely with business heads and functional leaders to build a future-ready workforce, enhance the overall talent experience, and strengthen organizational capabilities in high-impact, people-centric areas.

Gunjan brings over 15 years of rich experience in organization development, employee lifecycle management, and HR business partnering. She has successfully led HR teams in driving strategies that align with business priorities while enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this role, Gunjan served as Head – HR at RNF Technologies. She has also held leadership roles at HCL Technologies, Artech L.L.C., Global Payments Inc. and Commdel Consulting Services.
