Consolidated Analytics has appointed Vijay Kannan as Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

With over 26 years of experience, Kannan is known for driving transformative HR strategies at both large listed organisations and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). He has worked across countries and industries, and is well-versed in HR strategy formulation & execution, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, organisational effectiveness, cultural transformation, change management, workforce planning, and much more.
Prior to joining Consolidated Analytics, Kannan was associated with Oportun. He worked there for over 5 years, starting in May 2020, as Senior Director, Regional Human Resources. From December 2015 to May 2019, Kannan was with Expleo Group (formerly known as SQS India BFSI) as Director – People Services.
Kannan was associated with Tata Consultancy Services for over 9 years. He joined the company in June 2006 as Delivery Centre HR Head and became Country Head – APAC (India) in April 2008. In July 2011, Kannan was given the role of HR Head – Southern Region & US BFS. This was followed by his appointment as HR Head – Retail, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality Business Clusters in August 2014, and he held this role until November 2015.
In November 2005, Kannan became Business Unit HR Manager for APC by Schneider Electric. Before that, he worked for Sanmar Group as an Executive Manager – HR, having been appointed to the position in October 2003. Kannan has also worked for TV Sundram Iyengar & Sons, as well as TVS – SUNDARAM BRAKE LININGS.
