Colliers has appointed Rajani Patel as Associate Director of People & Performance, strengthening its leadership capability as the firm continues to focus on business growth and organisational effectiveness.
Patel will be responsible for driving people strategy, shaping performance frameworks, and ensuring leadership alignment in support of Colliers’ strategic and operational priorities.
Patel brings more than a decade of HR leadership experience spanning real estate, technology, mobility, and publishing sectors. Before joining Colliers, she was associated with Rialtes as Senior Human Resources Manager.
She has also held senior leadership roles, including Chief HR and Legal Officer at SJ Mobilita and Chief People Officer at Garage Platform India, formerly known as Resilience InfoTech.
Across her career, Patel has demonstrated strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, executive partnering, global mobility, change management, and organisational effectiveness. Her experience in aligning people practices with evolving business needs positions her to play a key role in supporting Colliers’ continued expansion and performance-driven culture.
