Jaynee brings over 15 years of global HR experience spanning India, the US, Canada, UAE, Malaysia, and Romania. She has led large-scale HR transformations, implemented AI-driven HR solutions, rolled out HRMS platforms with global compliance, and trained more than 20,000 professionals and students in leadership and communication. Jaynee also has a strong track record in developing workforce strategies, scaling teams, and designing high-impact employee engagement programs. She has previously held leadership positions at Odysseus Solutions, Enlightenment99 Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd (now dissolved), Emirates Driving Institute, and Automation Anywhere.
