Coforge has appointed Srijit Sen as Head of Talent Acquisition for its Business Process Solutions (BPS) arm. The move follows almost four years with EXL, where he led talent-acquisition operations.
Sen is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and brings more than two decades of recruitment and HR experience across the BPO, banking and technology-services sectors. He began his career as a process associate at GECIS in 2003, then spent over seven years at Genpact, where he moved through hiring roles across the Jharkhand and Bihar region. He later led NCR support hiring at Convergys, moved into HR at HSBC, and held roles at Infosys BPM and Allegis Global Solutions before EXL.

In his new role, Sen will lead talent acquisition for Coforge’s Business Process Solutions business, which delivers digital-led BPS services to global clients.
Coforge is a global digital services and solutions provider that works at the intersection of domain expertise and emerging technologies. Its BPS arm is a significant part of the group’s delivery model, and a dedicated TA leader supports its hiring as the business scales.
