The Coca-Cola Company has promoted Charlotte Wolf Tarfa to Vice President, People & Culture – India & Southwest Asia.
Tarfa has taken to the role with great enthusiasm, exploring the Indian market in the first few days to understand the customer base and the employees.
“Last week was my first week on the job, in India, leading People & Culture for India & Southwest Asia for Coca-Cola — and there was no better way to start than being in the market,” Tarfa shared on LinkedIn. “I spent time on the ground with our associates and bottling partners during MARK, our global Market Activation Recruitment Week, where the Coca‑Cola system comes together around growth and execution.”
Tarfa has been a part of the Coca-Cola Company for the past 4 years. She joined the company in November 2021 as Global Senior Director Talent & Development, and held the role until January 2026. Additionally, Tarfa became Vice President, Global Talent Strategy & Succession in April 2024.
For six years, Tarfa was associated with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). She joined as an HR Generalist in December 2015 and then became a Corporate Talent Development, Performance & D&I Specialist in August 2016. In January 2018, she became a Global HR Business Partner. This was followed by Tarfa’s ascension to Director Corporate and Leadership Learning & Development in June 2020.
From May 2011 to October 2015, Tarfa was a part of Unique Multilingual as a Senior International Consultant. She was also associated with HRC International from August 2010 to March 2011 as a Program Manager.
