Mahindra Holidays & Resorts (Club Mahindra) has named Ghanashyam Hegdekatte as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. He brings extensive and diverse experience in Human Resources, spanning HR Business Partnering and HR Centers of Expertise. Before taking on this role, Hegdekatte, a homegrown talent within the Mahindra Group, served as Head of Organization Effectiveness for the Automotive and Farm Sectors, where he led initiatives in Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning and Development, and Inclusion and Diversity.
Before this, he held several key leadership positions, including Head of HR for Automotive Business – Manufacturing & Quality and International Operations; Head of HR for Personal Vehicle (Sales & Marketing) and Commercial Vehicle Business; Head of HR for Mahindra Truck and Bus Business and Construction Equipment Business; and Head of HR for Mahindra EPC & Business Strategy.
Ghanashyam began his journey with Mahindra as part of the Mahindra Group Management Cadre (2011 batch) and later served as a member of the Mahindra Farm Division Shadow Board in 2014.
