Siddharth Arya has been elevated to Global Human Resources Business Partner at Citi. Previously, he served as HR Business Partner Team Lead – Technology for the Chief Information Office across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Siddharth brings nearly 19 years of expertise in talent development, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, and shaping the overall people strategy. He has extensive international exposure, having worked in Singapore and led projects in Indonesia and Thailand. Currently, he heads a cross-cultural team across the Philippines, India, and the UAE, driving HR for Technology across Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. His background includes broad HR leadership experience spanning banking front offices and global capability centers. Siddharth has also gained experience with Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and YES BANK.
Academically, Siddharth holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management (2004–2006) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (1996–2001).
